What is leadership? There are an infinite number of definitions for the term leadership. Rather than attempt to define leadership, it is the goal of the Leadership Discovery Centre: A World of Opportunity to provide resources and tools to embolden individuals to seek and define personal leadership style. Individuals will then be able to seize opportunities to lead more readily and more often.
As International Committees develop their training materials for states and chapters, they will be submitting their materials to the Centre Committee to be included on the website. Chapters and State organizations may also share their materials with us. There will also be a general leadership section that is not job-specific, so if you have written an article, podcast, PowerPoint, or other media about leadership and you wish to share, please submit your work.
